🎨 Party Policies & Guidelines

When booking a private party at Gigi’s Kreative Artistry & More, you agree to the following terms:

📅 Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. This deposit covers up to 10 guests.

  • Parties can be booked by phone at 316-361-8777 or in person.

  • Final payment is due 5 days prior to your event

  • Final guest count must be confirmed one week in advance

  • We do not store credit card information

🎨 Project Selection

  • The guest of honor selects one project for all participants

  • Project selection must be finalized one week prior to your event

  • All projects are subject to material availability

⏰ Arrival & Departure

  • Host families may arrive 15 minutes prior to party start time

  • This allows time to review final details before guests arrive

  • All guests must depart at the scheduled end time

  • Host families have 15–20 minutes after the event to gather belongings

🎉 Decorations & Setup

  • Additional decorations are optional

  • Please note space is limited and materials may get paint on them

  • Plastic table coverings will be provided for activity tables

🍪 Food & Refreshments

  • Light snacks and cupcakes are recommended

  • No meal-type foods (no pizza, burgers, etc.)

  • Bottled water or juice boxes work best

  • Hosts must bring their own paper goods and utensils

  • Treats are best served at the end of the event

🍷 Adult Events

  • Wine and beer are permitted for 21+ (ID required)

  • Please bring your own cups and bottle openers

  • Keep food to light finger snacks

👨‍👩‍👧 Guest Attendance

  • Due to limited space, we encourage drop-off style parties

  • Parents may stay, but space in activity areas is limited

✉️ Invitations

Please include the following on your invitations:

Drop-off time and pick-up time
Example:
Drop-off at 10:00 AM | Pick-up at 12:00 PM

👉 Guests should wear clothing suitable for art activities

❗ Cancellations & Attendance

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds or credits for missed parties or absent guests

  • One reschedule may be granted for emergencies (based on availability)

  • Host families may replace absent guests if needed

⚠️ Additional Policies

  • No smoking, pets or firearms allowed on premises

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items

  • Guests should wear clothing that can be exposed to art materials

  • Aprons or paint shirts will be provided when available

  • We reserve the right to remove disruptive or unsafe participants
    (No refunds will be issued in such cases)
