As an American Red Cross CPR/First Aid Instructor, I have had the privilege of teaching lifesaving skills to individuals, families, businesses, and community organizations for many years. After recently recertifying, I am excited to continue helping others gain the confidence and knowledge to respond during emergencies.
My passion for CPR is deeply personal. Having experienced the importance of these skills with my own family, I believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn how to respond when every second counts. My goal is to provide hands-on, engaging training in a welcoming environment where every participant leaves feeling prepared to make a difference.
